CAUTION - THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR CONTINUOUS USE Opti-Lube Gel Melt is a winter emergency use product. Use this product if your vehicle will not start or gain power. Gel Melt was not designed to prevent fuel gelling, for this use Opti-Lube Winter or XPD Blends as preventative measures to keep fuel from gelling. Winter and XPD are both compatible in diesel fuel and may be used at the same time. TO DE-ICE FROZEN FUEL FILTERS If fuel is liquid in the fuel tanks but the engine wont start: Remove fuel filters and fill with 50%Gel Meltand 50% diesel fuel. Reinstall fuel filters. Start engine. Add Opti-Lube Winter or XPD as directed to prevent fuel gelling. TO RE-LIQUIFY GELLED FUEL Add approximately 30z of Gel Melt to every 10 gallons of fuel in the tanks. Remove fuel filters and fill with 50% Gel Melt and 50% diesel fuel. Reinstall fuel filters. Start engine. Let engine idle to warm up fuel system. Add Opti-Lube Winter or XPD as directed to prevent fuel gelling. Do not store previously opened containers in vehicle. Clean up spills immediately. Using Opti-Lube Gel Melt will not harm diesel oxidation catalysts or diesel particulate filters on 2007 or newer engines. Contains blend for maximum lubrication - protects against Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) wear. Effective in all diesel fuels, including ULSD and biodiesel blends containing up to 20% biodiesel (B20).
